Delete Account Policy

At Aashiyana Infra, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account and data. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so at any time by following the process below.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion in the following ways:

1. From the App (Recommended)

• Go to Settings
• Click on Delete Account
• Confirm your request

2. By Email Request

You can also request account deletion by contacting us:

Please include:

• Your registered email ID
• App name
• Reason for deletion (optional)

What Happens After Deletion

Once your request is processed:

• Your account will be permanently deleted
• All associated data will be removed from our systems
• You will no longer be able to access your account

Data Retention

• We do not store personal data permanently
• Some non-personal or temporary data may remain for analytics or legal purposes
• This data will not identify you personally

Processing Time

• Account deletion requests are processed within 3–7 working days

Important Notes

• This action is irreversible
• Any active subscriptions must be cancelled via Google Play before deleting your account
• Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions
